Frequently asked questions
How can I Book a car?
You can book directly through our website, by phone and WhatsApp, or by visiting our office in Faliraki. Early bookings are recommended but not necessary.
Can I pick up the car at the airport?
Yes, we offer airport pickup and return service for free. Please let us know in advance when booking.
Do you deliver the car to my hotel?
Yes, we offer free delivery to any place in Rhodes.
Is a deposit required?
No, there is no deposit required for renters aged 25 and older. If you are under 25 the deposit is 300€, which will be fully refunded upon return of the car in good condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash and PayPal.
What kind of insurance is included?
100% Full Insurance Super Cover (Fully Conclusion Damage Waiver – No Self Risk – 100% Protected – Wheels – Underside – Glass – Third Party Insurance – Fire & Theft Protection – Passengers Insurance) (age 25 or Higher).
If your age is under 25, there is a self deductible of 300€.
What should I do in case of an accident?
Please contact us immediately and call the local authorities. We will assist you through the process.
What is your fuel policy?
We operate on a ''same to same'' basis. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup.
What happens if I return the car with less fuel?
The missing fuel will be charged, along with a service fee of 20€.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid license for at least one year.
Can someone else drive the car?
Yes, one additional driver is allowed. Please register them at the time of booking or pickup.
Do you offer baby seats?
Yes, baby- and child-seats are available upon request for free.
Is mileage limited?
No, all our rentals include unlimited mileage - so you can explore Rhodes freely.
